InnovateUS: Bringing AI and Tech Talent into Government

Join us for a 60-minute virtual workshop with Jennifer Anastasoff, Executive Director of the Tech Talent Project and founding member of U.S. Digital Service, and Cassandra Madison, Vice President of Partnerships at the Tech Talent Project. This training will focus on best practices in hiring and supporting tech and artificial intelligence (AI) leaders in government, including identifying relevant technology and innovation leadership positions and the competencies these leaders and their teams will need to be successful. Participants will receive specific advice for recruiting and hiring technical experts, including strategies for reading tech resumes, doing pitches, closing candidates, and providing the right resources and tools for new tech talent. This training is open to all public sector professionals but is especially geared towards human resource professionals and critical stakeholders in public sector hiring..
