Civic Connect Congressional Chatbot
CivicConnect uses AI to improve how Members of Congress communicate with constituents.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
Leveraging GPT technology, the AI chatbot is tailored to manage high volumes of inquiries, ensuring timely and tailored responses and improved constituent engagement with a system that learns from congressional records to provide accurate and responsive communications.
Impact and Implementation: Working with POPVOX and a Member of the United States Congress to deploy in 2024.
