Human-centered design puts the end user of a product or service at the center of the development process. People practicing human-centered design observe and interview those affected by a policy or service to understand their needs, desires and experiences.

In this one-hour virtual bootcamp, you will learn how involving “users” can help you better understand the nuances of the problem you are trying to solve and place the customer experience at the center of your work.

Following the presentation, stay on for a 30 minute Q&A session to ask your questions, get personalized advice on how to move forward with your projects, and interact with other participants across state and agency lines.

An instructor for this class is being finalized.

Please note that space may be limited.

A Zoom calendar invite will be shared with all final participants during the week prior to the event.
