InnovateUS Summer Series: Powerful Partnerships

Collaboration between private, public, and non-profit sectors have the potential to accomplish far more than any organization from a single sector can do. However, partnerships can be difficult to govern and manage, especially when the interests of partners diverge.

In this one-hour virtual workshop, we will discuss different examples of partnerships, the advantages of cross-sector partnerships, and how to manage implementation challenges and risks.

Following the presentation, stay on for a 30 minute Q&A session to ask your questions, get personalized advice on how to move forward with your projects, and interact with other participants across state and agency lines.
