Join us for this inspiring conversation with Dr. San-Cheng (Simon) Chang, Mayor of Taoyuan and former Taiwanese Premier as he showcases how the city harnesses artificial intelligence to enhance governance and transform one of Asia’s most innovative cities. Dr. San-Cheng (Simon) Chang is the Mayor of Taoyuan City. He previously served as Premier of Taiwan. Prior to his career in public service, he was a professor of Civil Engineering at National Taiwan University and later Director of the country’s National Center for High-Performance Computing. He also worked for Google as the Director of Google’s hardware operations in Asia.
