Dr. San-Cheng (Simon) Chang is the Mayor of Taoyuan City. He previously served as Premier of Taiwan. Prior to his career in public service, he was a professor of Civil Engineering at National Taiwan University and later Director of the country’s National Center for High-Performance Computing. He also worked for Google as the Director of Google’s hardware operations in Asia.
