Águeda Quiroga

Workshops Lead at InnovateUS

Águeda Quiroga is the Workshops Lead at InnovateUS, a project of the Burnes Center for Social Change and the GovLab, where she develops the live training program on data, digital, AI, and innovation skills for public sector professionals. Her work focuses on boosting the effectiveness and equity of government service delivery and policymaking, enhancing trust in institutions, and promoting more open, participatory, and collaborative approaches to innovation in government.

Her professional trajectory combines leadership roles across higher education, international education, and public sector innovation. She has focused on building partnerships, developing innovative learning programs, and driving institutional change processes. With extensive experience managing research initiatives, expanding educational markets, and fostering collaboration across diverse stakeholders, her work consistently emphasizes equity, innovation, and practical problem-solving.

Águeda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Anthropology from the University of Buenos Aires, a Master’s in Public and Social Policies from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and Johns Hopkins University, and a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Political and Social Sciences from Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
