Águeda Quiroga

Live Learning Lead at InnovateUS

Águeda Quiroga is the Live Learning Lead at InnovateUS, an initiative of the Burnes Center for Social Change and The GovLab. She oversees the development of live learning programmes that equip public sector professionals with practical skills in data, digital technologies, artificial intelligence, and public sector innovation.

Her professional experience brings together work in higher education, international education, and public sector innovation. Across these fields, she has built partnerships, developed learning programmes, managed research initiatives, and led institutional change processes. Her work brings together diverse organizations and stakeholders to develop practical, evidence-informed approaches to learning and innovation.

Águeda holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Anthropology from the University of Buenos Aires, a master’s degree in Public and Social Policies from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and Johns Hopkins University, and a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Political and Social Sciences from Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
