Alayna Schwarzer

About

Alayna Schwarzer is an undergraduate student at Northeastern’s Khoury College of Computer Science. She is a member of the Burnes Center AI4Impact Generative AI development program.

During her time at Northeastern, she has involved herself in the Center for Student Involvement and oSTEM. She has conducted field research studying the criminalization of refugees in Palermo, Sicily, and worked closely with civil society organizations, law offices, and local politicians. 

Alayna is currently pursuing a combined degree in Computer Science and Political Science. Her current and future studies aim to integrate algorithmic tools within social justice efforts.

Alayna is working on the Sandbox project.
