Dr. Gregory A. Porumbescu is an Associate Professor in the School of Public Affairs and Administration at Rutgers University–Newark. His research focuses on the influence of technology on the democratic anchorage of public organizations and has been supported by the National Science Foundation, the National Telecommunications and Information Administration, and the New Jersey Office of the Secretary of Higher Education. He also co-founded the New Jersey State Policy Lab and served on Governor Murphy’s AI Task Force Equity and Digital Literacy Working Group.
