About

Jai Surya is a Master’s student in Artificial Intelligence at Northeastern University in Boston. Passionate about the intersections of AI and societal impact, Jai has worked on projects ranging from developing a Mental Health FAQ chatbot to pioneering novel language models using Sanskrit’s morphological semantics.

Outside academics, he’s a linguistics enthusiast, a budding language learner, and a sci-fi and anime geek with a fascination for space exploration—interests that fuel his creativity and curiosity.
