About

Marlon is a Computer Science student and member of the Honors Club at Hudson County Community College. Born and raised in Cuba, he developed a deep understanding of how access to information can transform lives. This experience fuels his mission to use AI and technology to make public systems easier to navigate and empower communities that are often overlooked.

Marlon has built AI-powered platforms that connect people with housing, food, and education resources, aiming to close critical information gaps. As an immigrant and first-generation college student, he brings a unique perspective and a strong commitment to using data and technology to remove barriers and expand opportunity for others.

Outside of his academic and professional work, Marlon enjoys exploring New York City, learning new programming tools, and staying active through fitness, playing volleyball and outdoor activities.
