A platform to create chatbots for constituent engagement
ABOUT THE PROJECT
Test the use of AI to help a Member of Congress respond to constituent questions.
Impact: Enhance representative government by connecting representatives to their constitutions. Help staff answer questions faster and respond to more inquiries. This 2023 pilot project led to the POPVOX’s development of a new chatbot for congressional staff. Two of the project team members went to work for POPVOX.
