ACP Helper

An AI-enabled chatbot to guide families through the process of enrolling in the federal government’s Affordable Connectivity Program that enables low-income households to save on the purchase of a computer and Internet access.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

While 18.5 million households are currently enrolled, three-quarters of eligible households are not signed up for the Affordable Connectivity Program. Acphelper.org offers real-time guidance through eligibility checks, application steps, and provides instant answers to common queries, to accelerate enrollment.
