InnovateUS: How to Write a Generative AI Policy for Your Jurisdiction

In this 90-minute virtual training, participants will learn from Boston’s Chief Information Officer, Santiago Garces, about how he developed the Boston guidelines on using generative AI in public service. Participants will learn about several scenarios in which government workers might want to use AI to improve how they work, as well as the process, decision-making, and recommendations involved in creating a generative AI policy for government.
