Our Team

Stephanie Cain is the interim lead for InnovateUS, providing innovation skills training for public sector employees. Her background is in human-centered design and research, facilitation and product strategy. Prior to joining InnovateUS, Stephanie was a founding member and the Deputy Director of the Colorado Digital Service (CDS), one of the first state innovation teams. She also serves as the Vice President of the Board of Technologists for the Public Good, a professional association for technologists working to serve the public good. Stephanie has worked at almost every level of government and values bringing people who will use or are impacted by product or service – into the decision-making process.
